Next Meeting

The next meeting of the Business Owners Success Club is Wednesday, December 6 9:30 -11:30 in the Kings CED boardroom. In December we will work on Prioritizing.

In November we worked on Project Management. We want to look at the coming year, plan the seasonal marketing opportunities and actually be ready for them when they come, because they will.

We will get together by phone next week to see how we are each doing with our project management task. If anybody has a problem or roadblock, we will brainstorm a solution. If anyone comes up with a great tip or resource they found, they’ll share it. We have all grown our tools and resources pool together.
