Finding your Strengths

It makes sense to work to your strengths, but how do you figure out what they are?

You know you are working to your strengths when you feel energized, excited and happy doing a task. What were you doing the last time you felt like that?

Break down the job into it’s component parts to get at the part that made you feel so good. Is it the creativity of cooking – a dash of this; a pinch of that? Or is it the chopping, measuring and handling of the ingredients? Do you love coordinating all the parts so they done at the same time? Or do you love thinking up new ways to pair interesting foods?

Think about what you do to that makes you happy and try to do more of it.

If you are stuck about how to do that, leave a comment here, maybe others can help.
