Discovering Your Values

Most of us have the values we all prize; and we have the values that are particular to us.

Here is an exercise that will help you discover which values are important to you. This exercise will make you think and choose. You may get to a place where you don’t think you can make a choice, but stick with it and you will.

After you have chosen your values, write them out and post them near you so you can try them out. think about choices you have made in the past and how the values you have chosen may have guided those choices.
