How do you decide what is most important in your business?

I owned a bookkeeping business for 15 years, which gave me the privilege to dive deeply into 100s of small businesses. I got to see what worked and what didn’t. Most small business owners were doing okay. Some struggled for decades. Some excelled. I studied the outliers.

I had to know what made the difference. So I dove in deeper. I pulled their businesses apart, I researched, I talked to everyone. I found that the biggest difference is that they ignored the general advice given to all small business owners and they focused on people.

I spent the next 3 years quantifying, codifying and figuring out how to make that work for you and every business. I wanted to know how you can make your business work the way theirs does. Because of course you focus on your people, but I have seen what that really means in practice. I can show you exactly what you need to do in your business to get the same results.

You are in the right place if you are great at what you do, BUT

  • you are sacrificing your health and vitality,
  • you are sacrificing your relationships with family and friends
  • you miss having fun
  • you worry about your economic future
  • you wonder why you aren’t where you thought your business would be by now
