The Nasty Bits by Anthony Bourdain

Anthony Bourdain calls himself a cook and a writer. He’s been other things, too like a drug addict and a thief. I’m not telling tales, he says it in this book.

Most importantly, right now he looks to be a person living the life he wants. He says he’s too old to head back into a kitchen full on and he loves to travel the world eating everything put in front of him. That’s what he’s doing.

He alludes to some of the conflicts he’s encountered, but this is not a book about how to do it. Instead we can read between the lines for the lessons every business owner can learn.

Lessons to learn:
Have your own voice
Work hard
Aim for where you want to get.
