April is All About Starting

Starting is half the battle and yet we have such a hard time doing it.

Once we start, that’s it. There’s no starting over. Feels like we better start it right.

Starting is the time when we make choices about what we are going to do and more importantly, what we are not going to do. We have to set a direction, use what we have, ignore other possibilities. Sounds scary.

Once we do it, once we take the first step, all other possibilities collapse and we now have a direction and a course. Once we get over the fear of starting, we are free to follow the direction we have set.

Now we can make some progress.
