Business Model Generation

My friend Bernd Nurnberger sent this business model tool/bookand it was like a light turned on for me.

I’ve been thinking a lot about how CCBL should work and what we are trying to accomplish. The Business Model Canvas tool guided me through thinking about each aspect of our business model.  Very powerful stuff!

Each section revealed clues to how to think about and improve what we do.  This kind of work is the heavy lifting, thrashing, deep thinking part that every other part builds upon.  We needed (and got) absolute clarity about who we work best with, what we offer and how; how we make money, deliver our service and what we need to do that.  From that knowledge we are designing processes for attracting those business owners and for delivering the best service we can.

If you are wondering how to improve your business and how it works – start here.

If you are interested in working through this join us in the online Business Owners Success Club. It’s a closed group so you have to message me for an invite (we are offering free memberships for the first 100).
